A misty morning over the rugged coast of Pembrokeshire in Wales. The Pembrokeshire coastal path is a beautiful 186 mile long route around beautiful coastline of South East Wales. Whilst the coast is not ideal for sunrise (due to facing largely west) but the twisty nature of the path allows glimpses back across the headlands to catch the first light of the day coming from the west.
On this morning however, before sunrise, the sea was calm and skies clear out to the horizon. This created a perfect opportunity for a monochrome shot to pick out the shapes of the rocks as the reach down to the sea, with a little detail in the form of some coastal flowers clinging to the cliff adds foreground interest.
